Unfortunately due to numerous ‘No shows’ and late cancellations, I have had to bring in a Booking and cancellation policy.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
*A deposit is required for the majority of therapies at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if less than 24 hours notice is given, but they can be transferred if more than 24 hours notice is given.
Full fee is payable if less than 24 hours notice is given.
*Please be prompt for your appointment (no more than 5 minutes early as I may still be with a client) as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If late, you may have the treatment cut short, & still be charged for the full session.
* If you are not able to attend your appointment, please contact me asap so I can offer the appointment to someone else and to avoid charges to you.
*Phone numbers will be required at the time of booking. You will be sent a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Reiki courses Terms & Conditions
A deposit is required at the time of booking, £50 for Level 1 & 2 and £75 for Masters. Your manuals will be emailed out to you 2 to 4 weeks before your course is due to start. Once these have been sent your deposit becomes non refundable. If for any reason you need to change the date of your course, then this deposit can be transferred if more than 72 hours notice has been given.
The course fee must be paid in full 48 hours before your course date. If less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given then you will lose the whole fee. If more notice is given then it may be transferred to another date. No refunds are given.
