Went to the lovely Pauline to learn Reiki Level one and it was a fantastic experience, she was a terrific teacher and such a warm, lovely person. I learned so much and am hooked on reiki now! after having reiki done while on the course I can say that have not sleep better for years and fell amazing! I look forward to returning to attend the level 2 course in the not so distant future �

I had an absolutely lovely day with Pauline { and Lorraine!} on Saturday learning our First Degree in Usui Reiki!…. felt so relaxed with Pauline…and everything was explained easily and loved the hands on learning too!…. Would not hesitate in highly recommending Pauline if anyone else wants to learn about Reiki….. Thank you Pauline for a great day, cannot wait until the next degree now.
